Pelvic floor therapy is performed by specially trained occupational and physical therapists. We treat clients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Individuals of every gender and age can suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction. We understand that it can be difficult to live your daily life while managing your symptoms. Our goal is to identify the source of the problem, design an individualized treatment program, and create a long-lasting solution.
The pelvic floor is made up of muscles, ligaments, tendons, and nerves. These are located between your hip bones and support the bladder, rectum, and reproductive organs. If these muscles are damaged or weakened, pelvic floor dysfunction can occur.
At Core Plus Pelvic Therapy, we're dedicated to getting you back to living a full life.
